This information can be very useful to figure out if someone has been illlegally log in to your gmail account , scroll to the bottom and click on the Details link below where it says Last account Activity.
-It will open entire log in history of your gmail accont up to the most recent log i sessions.
-gives you date and time, IP address of where it was accessed and from what kinda deise it was accessed.
In case if you think theres a suspicion log i into your gmail account you can use your feauture sign out of all othere seasons.

-Settings>Accout settings>Sequrity>Active sessions
-if you think you see a session you did not start you ca end session.
-click enable for login notifications.
